Pick & Pack Operative (FLT Counterbalance)

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Pick & Pack Operatives to join a busy service centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Forklift Truck (FLT) experience is preferred but not essential.
 
Hours are flexible :- can either pick = 6am - 2pm, 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and handheld scanners where required.
  • Pack products safely and securely for dispatch.
  • Load and unload deliveries.
  • Prepare goods for shipment in line with customer specifications.
  • Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory control.
  • Operate forklifts safely (if licensed).
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Follow all company health and safety procedures.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or pick and pack experience.
  • FLT Counterbalance or Reach licence preferred.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and move products safely.
