As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in the organisation's operations. Your main responsibility will be packing products in boxes, utilising your sensible and neat approach.

Energetic - this role requires some physical exertion, so being able to keep up with the pace is essential.

Basic computer skills - you will need to be able to use a PC and the ERP system for inventory management.

Attention to detail - ensuring accurate counting and precise packing is essential to maintain the efficiency of our client's operations.

Positive attitude - our client values individuals who approach their work with a good attitude and demonstrate a commitment to putting in the effort required.

Working as a Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a supportive team environment where 1-2-1 training will be provided. Throughout the hiring process, our client will evaluate your performance, and a decision will be made by the end of each day, inviting successful candidates back for the next two weeks. It's important to show a keen interest in training and a genuine understanding of the role and the organisation.

The warehouse is conveniently located just a short drive from Colchester City Centre, making it easily accessible.
