Picker / Packer - £12.71 per Hour + Overtime

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire.

The Recruitment Group is looking for reliable and hardworking Pickers / Packers to join a friendly and busy team supporting a range of exciting fundraising projects.

Pay & Benefits:

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Flexibility around working hours may be required during busy periods.

Your Role:

As a Picker / Packer, you'll play an important part in ensuring customer orders are picked, checked and packed accurately and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

. Picking orders accurately using pick sheets
. Quality checking products before dispatch
. Packing customer orders
. Operating basic printing machinery
. Using handheld scanners
. Carrying out basic assembly tasks
. Labelling products correctly
. Lifting and manual handling
. Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and tidy
. Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties when required

. Previous picking and packing experience - essential
