We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a full‑time Warehouse Operative / picker - packer based in Hethel. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, target‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
- Location: Hethel (own transport essential due to location, no local public transport available)
- Breaks: 2 × 30‑minute breaks
- Picking:
- Daily target: 262 kg Bonus: £25/day for achieving 362 kg/day
- Packing:
- Daily target: 300 orders
- Bonus: £25/day for achieving 380 orders/day
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Ability to work to daily performance targets
- Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Must have own transport due to location
