🚨 We're Hiring – Recycling Pickers | CV6 | Immediate Starts 🚨

We're looking for reliable Recycling Pickers to join a busy recycling site in the CV6 area, with immediate starts available.

🕑 Shifts:

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 2:00 PM – Midnight
• Monday to Friday

⚠️ Please note: Applicants must be fully flexible to work both AM and PM shifts. Your permanent shift will not be confirmed until after your first shift, so flexibility is essential.

💷 Pay Rates:

PAYE:

• £12.71 per hour (before 6:00 PM)
• £13.71 per hour (after 6:00 PM)

Rolled-Up Holiday Pay:

• £14.25 per hour (before 6:00 PM)
• £15.36 per hour (after 6:00 PM)

⏱️ Hours:

• 45 paid hours per week

🗣️ Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous experience working in a recycling, warehouse, or picking environment is preferred.
• Reliable, hardworking, and available to start immediately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and carry out manual handling duties.
