Pipe Layer

Straight-Line are hiring an experienced Pipe Layer to start on a site in Newport.

The ideal Pipe Layer:

• Must have a Blue CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks or Pipe Laying preferred)
• Must have proven experience in deep drainage and all aspects of pipe laying
• Must be able to read and work from drawings and levels
• Local to Newport or within a reasonable commuting distance
• Experience in all aspects of drainage, including installing foul and storm drainage, manholes, and associated groundworks

Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Duration: 20 weeks

Start Date: 6th July 2026

Please note: We are also looking for an experienced Drainage Gang consisting of a 360 Operator, Pipe Layer, and Groundworker.
