Pipe Fitter – Renfrew

Due to expansion and growth, permanent positions have arisen for experienced Pipe Fitters.

Location: Renfrew (possibility of site work with allowances, bonus, and accommodation available)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
• Overtime midweek and weekends always available

Pay Rates (CIS / LTD):

• Standard: £23/hour
• Overtime: £27.85/hour
• Night Work: £28/hour

Job Description

We are looking for Pipe Fitters who can work independently or as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out all pipefitting duties (welding to a coded standard is advantageous)
• Working with thin-wall metric and hygienic stainless, as well as schedule stainless and carbon steel
• Fabricating and assembling skids, spools, and welded pipe systems (no screwed pipe)
• Overtime and weekend work as required

Primary Objectives

• Cutting, prepping, and tacking carbon and stainless steel, including dairy pipe

Required Skills & Abilities

• Time-served Pipe Fitter with at least 4 years’ experience preferred
• Conscientious with high standards and attention to detail
• Honest, reliable, and accountable
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication is an advantage
• Familiarity with machine/workshop power tools and machinery

Qualifications & Experience:

• Time-served or qualified Pipe Fitter preferred, but not essential
• Proven experience in cutting, prepping, and tacking carbon and stainless steel
