Pipefitting Supervisor – Central London

We are recruiting an experienced Pipefitting Supervisor to oversee pipework installation on a commercial project in Central London. You will lead the pipefitting team on site, coordinate daily work and make sure installations are completed safely, accurately and to programme.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipefitters and subcontractors, allocating work and monitoring progress.
• Read drawings and specifications to plan pipework installations.
• Coordinate materials, access and work areas with the site management team and other trades.
• Check the quality of installations and support testing and handover.
• Deliver toolbox talks and ensure the team follows site safety procedures.
• Report progress, delays and any design or site issues to the project team.

Requirements

• Strong commercial pipefitting experience and previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manage installation works on a busy site.
• Good communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
• Relevant trade card and supervisory health and safety qualification.
