Pipelayer

Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Project: Water Utility Diversion Works
Duration: Long-term contract available
Rate: £250 a day

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pipelayer to join a major water utility diversion project in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure scheme with a well-established contractor delivering essential water network works.

• Installation and laying of clean water and utility pipework.
• Carrying out Butt Fusion and Electrofusion welding of HDPE pipework.
• Assisting with excavation, pipe installation, jointing, and reinstatement works.
• Reading and interpreting site drawings and specifications.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards.
• Working closely with site supervisors and project teams to meet programme deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Pipelayer within the water or utilities sector.
• Competent in Butt Fusion and Electrofusion welding techniques.
• Experience working on clean water, water mains, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and site plans.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Relevant fusion welding certifications preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence desirable.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
