Pizza Chef – Exciting Role at Premier Motorsport Venue in Northampton

Join a world-class sports and entertainment venue in Northamptonshire, home to thrilling motorsport events and a vibrant hospitality scene. We’re launching a new, fast-paced in-house pizza restaurant and bar located at our state-of-the-art Karting Track.

This is your chance to be part of an energetic culinary team serving a diverse clientele including karters, visitors, and venue-wide delivery customers. If you have a passion for fresh, scratch-cooked food using local ingredients, this could be the perfect next step in your chef career.

Have you experience making Pizza’s for customers, or worked for any of the following: Pizza Express, Pizza Hit, Pappa Johns, Domino’s Pizza?

If so, this role will align with your skills and aspirations in a fast-moving, dynamic kitchen environment.

  • Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum (approx. £558 per week based on 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality pizzas and maintain consistent kitchen standards
  • Collaborate with Head Chef to develop exciting menu items
  • Manage stock control and minimise waste
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
  • Ensure full compliance with Food Safety and HACCP standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven pizza-making experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Current Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
