Planned Surveyor

North London | 6-Month Contract | £350-£400 per day | 4 Days On Site

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in North London for an experienced Commercial Surveyor to join their property team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small, collaborative team where you'll play a key role in delivering a responsive and customer-focused property service across a varied portfolio.

As Commercial Surveyor, you'll be responsible for overseeing a range of surveying activities, including repairs, maintenance, inspections and contractor management. You'll ensure works are delivered to a high standard, meet compliance requirements and provide value for money.

Working closely with internal teams and contractors, you'll help maintain and improve the organisation's property portfolio while delivering an excellent service to customers.

• Carry out property inspections relating to responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance.
• Prepare specifications of work and oversee repairs and maintenance programmes.
• Manage contractors on site, monitoring quality, performance and value for money.
• Undertake post-inspections to ensure works have been completed to the required standard.
• Diagnose building defects and recommend appropriate remedial solutions.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements and industry standards.
• Support the delivery of planned investment programmes where required.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, residents and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service.

• £350-£400 per day (Inside IR35)
• North London
• 4 days per week on site
