Repairs Planner - Temp to Perm
Location: Winchester
Pay: £17.84 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm

We're looking for a Repairs Planner to join a busy team in Winchester on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance jobs.
• Handle incoming calls and customer queries.
• Complete general administration and accurately update systems.
• Coordinate operatives and ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently.
• Support the mobilisation of new contracts.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure repairs are booked within required timescales.

• Previous scheduling, repairs, housing, facilities or customer service experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Confident handling calls and dealing with customers.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.
• Positive, proactive and able to problem-solve.
