The council is looking for an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer to manage a caseload of planning enforcement investigations, prepare expediency reports, and draft enforcement notices where appropriate.
 
Role Specific
·1 day per week in the office
·37 hours per week  
·Hourly rate - approx. £35-40per hour
·Local Authority experience.
·Experience in dealing planning investigations.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £40ph
