Blyth Data Centre - Planning Lead

Principal contractor set to deliver a large section of the new hyperscale data centre in Blyth.
Role
Planning Lead required to manage areas of work involving civil, structural, architectural and MEP elements throughout the duration of works. The project is expected to run in excess of five years - this is a site based, full time, staff position. As the development expands, opportunities for progression to manage other major packages of work or to step up into management are likely.
Experience Required
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner or Planning Manager to work on a major project in the North East region. Applicants should possess a HNC or higher qualification in a construction related subject accompanied with several years experience within a main contractor environment, with a strong understanding of CSA and MEP packages of work, management of subcontractors, and working with programmes within high value, complex and changing construction projects.
Remuneration
Competitive, negotiable salary.
