The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) is seeking an experienced Planning & Performance Manager (12 month FTC) to play a critical role in shaping organisational performance, driving operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of the UK's Offshore Wind Industrial Growth Plan.

The Opportunity
Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of planning and performance management frameworks, ensuring accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting across a diverse programme portfolio.
This is far more than a reporting role. You'll analyse delivery performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve systems and processes, and create meaningful performance measures that support both operational and strategic decision-making. You'll also have the opportunity to review and enhance current reporting platforms, driving automation and efficiencies that improve organisational effectiveness.
Working closely with stakeholders across strategy, finance, programme delivery and leadership teams, you'll become the trusted expert on performance, helping leaders understand what the data is telling them, what risks may be emerging, and where action is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and performance reporting activities across the organisation.
- Develop and enhance KPI, OKR and performance management frameworks.
- Produce executive-level reporting for senior leadership, board and governance forums.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and reporting enhancements.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of performance management systems and tools.
- Provide meaningful insight that enables effective decision-making and proactive intervention.
- Champion a culture of performance excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.

- The ability to challenge constructively and confidently present recommendations to senior leaders.
- Experience managing KPIs, OKRs and performance frameworks.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify future risks and opportunities before they become issues.
