Mobile Plant Fitter required for a busy company.

Location of the Plant Mechanic / Plant Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Mobile Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Diesel Mechanic / Mechanical Engineer / HGV Fitter / Heavy Duty Fitter / Heavy Plant Fitter:    Covering the South - candidate to ideally be in a 30 mile radius of Salisbury

Salary for the Plant Mechanic / Plant Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Mobile Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Diesel Mechanic / Mechanical Engineer / HGV Fitter / Heavy Duty Fitter / Heavy Plant Fitter:     £45,000 - £47,000 pa Depending on Experience and Negotiable - plus Overtime

Paid door to door, plus overtime, company van, phone and hours of work of 07:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday !!!

My client, a busy Plant Company, are looking for a Plant Mechanic / Plant Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Mobile Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Diesel Mechanic / Mechanical Engineer / HGV Fitter / Heavy Duty Fitter / Heavy Plant Fitter to join their team covering the South.  As the Plant Fitter you will ideally be based within a 30 mile radius of Salisbury.  You will be carrying out service and maintenance on their fleet of Plant Equipment.

Duties for the Plant Mechanic / Plant Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Mobile Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Diesel Mechanic / Mechanical Engineer / HGV Fitter / Heavy Duty Fitter / Heavy Plant Fitter:

·  Preventative Maintenance and scheduling servicing in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
·  Complete Pre Work Inspections.
·  Troubleshooting any defects on the machines.
·  Carry out all necessary repairs.
·  Carry out installation, repairs and modifications of Safety related systems.

Requirements for the Plant Mechanic / Plant Engineer / Field Service Engineer / Mobile Plant Mechanic / Plant Fitter / Plant Engineer / HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Diesel Mechanic / Mechanical Engineer / HGV Fitter / Heavy Duty Fitter / Heavy Plant Fitter:

·  Ideally you will be apprentice trained in construction/agricultural plant maintenance , be a time served mechanical fitter or have a good knowledge and understanding of auto-electrics, engines, transmissions and hydraulics.
·  Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative. 
·  A good understanding of I.T.
·  Applicants must have excellent organisation and communication skills with a good understanding of health and safety legislation.
