This position would suit an experienced Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager from a high-speed manufacturing environment looking for an influential role offering an excellent package and genuine scope to make an impact.

The Role:

• Full responsibility for site operations, performance and P&L
• Lead safety, quality, production, engineering and supply chain functions
• Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Develop the plant strategy, leadership team and wider workforce

The Person:

• Plant Manager or senior Operations Manager from a manufacturing background
• Proven experience managing large teams and full-site performance
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, KPIs and continuous improvement
• Plastics, injection moulding, metal processing or high-speed manufacturing experience advantageous
