M4 Talent group is recruiting Plant Operatives for a leading healthcare waste management company based in WF6 1TF.

Available Shifts:

We can work around your needs with the below shift patterns

4 on 4 off Days

• 7:00am - 7:00pm
• £12.71 per hour

Night Operative

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00pm - 5:00am
• £12.71 per hour

Day Operative

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00am - 8:00pm
• £12.71 per hour

Duties Include:

• Checking incoming containers and paperwork
• Moving and unloading waste containers
• Operating plant machinery and forklift equipment
• Loading and operating autoclave machinery
• Weighing incoming waste using a weighbridge
• Completing paperwork accurately
• General housekeeping duties
• Working safely within a regulated environment
• Supporting colleagues as part of a team

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Clear Criminal Record Declaration
