Plant Operative

Your Challenge

• Operate batching, mixing and processing equipment to manufacture chemical products.
• Conduct routine quality tests and accurately maintain production records.
• Receive, inspect and safely store raw materials.
• Monitor stock levels of finished products and raw materials.
• Create and manage production schedules in line with product forecasts and requirements.
• Implement and maintain Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Your Profile

• Understanding of batching processes and machinery operations.
• Ability to follow product specifications and test procedures while maintaining high levels of product consistency.
• Strong commitment to safe working practices and hazard awareness.
• Awareness of environmental impacts and relevant compliance requirements.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven, with the ability to make decisions and work independently.
• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
