🔧 Plasterer Multi Trade Operative - West MidlandsWe are currently recruiting an experienced Plasterer Multi Trade Operative on behalf of a large, reputable Housing Association based in the West Midlands.

📍 Location:West Midlands (various sites)

📅 Contract:

• Initial 3-month contract
• Strong potential for extension or permanent opportunities

💷 Pay Rate:

• Up to £27 per hour (depending on experience)
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile

🛠️ Role Overview:You will be carrying out plastering works alongside general multi-trade duties within occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties
• Strong core trade in Plastering (patch work, skimming, repairs)
• Ability to complete basic multi-trade tasks where required
• Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or City & Guilds (Plastering)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Own van preferred (essential for travel between properties)
