You'll be working across void properties in Sandwell, carrying out a variety of repair and refurbishment works to prepare homes for new tenants. This role offers ongoing work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to join a reliable team delivering high-quality property maintenance.
I'd be keen to hear from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative, Multi Skilled Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, or Handyperson.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
  • Carrying out repairs across void properties
  • Completing carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, decorating and other general trade works
  • Preparing properties to a high standard ready for new tenants
  • Working independently across multiple sites
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health and safety
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Previous experience working within void properties or social housing
  • Experience across a range of building trades
  • Their own van and tools
  • A Blue CSCS Card (desirable)
  • A full UK driving licence
