PLASTERER - SOCIAL HOUSING (MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS & REFURBISHMENTS)
Liverpool & North West Areas
We are currently seeking a qualified Plasterer to join our team working on social housing properties, voids, insurance and disrepair works across Liverpool and the wider North West.
CALL-OUT - WORKS INVOLVED
The role will involve carrying out a range of plastering, maintenance, repair and refurbishment works, including:
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Making good following repairs
- Maintenance and refurbishment works
- Void property works
- Insurance and disrepair works
- General repairs within social housing properties
MUST be willing to travel with a flexible attitude.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working in social housing (preferred)
What We Offer:
- £16.00 per hour
