Job Title: Plasterer / Renderer (Thin Plasterboard Specialist)

​Project Overview:

Seeking an experienced plasterer and renderer for a residential project. The scope of work heavily involves working with thin plasterboard systems, requiring precision, a high standard of finish, and familiarity with modern lightweight boarding techniques.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Installing, aligning, and finishing thin plasterboard on walls and/or ceilings.
• ​Applying skim coats and taping/jointing to achieve a flawless, paint-ready surface.
• ​Executing internal or external rendering works as specified by the project plans.
• ​Ensuring clean lines, smooth junctions, and adherence to thermal or acoustic specifications where thin-board systems are applied.

​Requirements:

• ​Proven commercial or residential experience as a plasterer/renderer.
• ​Demonstrable expertise specifically handling thin plasterboard and lightweight lining systems.
• ​Own professional tools and transport.
• ​Valid CSCS card (or relevant local trade certification) and right to work.
• ​References or a portfolio showcasing previous residential finish quality.

​Job Type: Contract

​Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks

​Rate/Salary: Payment: £28.75p/h CIS/PAYE Umbrella (equivalent to £21.64p/h PAYE direct)
