Shift: 06-18:00 Breaks: Two 30-minute breaks per shift — one paid and one unpaid.
Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

We're looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated Plastic Pack Wash Operatives to join a well-established and leading free-range and organic egg producer based in Lacock, Wiltshire.
If you have experience in warehouse, cleaning, hygiene or food production, this could be a great opportunity to join a supportive team with a fantastic 4 On / 4 Off shift pattern.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Plastic Pack Wash Operative, you'll play an important role in keeping equipment and production areas clean, safe and ready for use.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and washing company plastics, including trays, machinery and tools.
- Ensuring all equipment is cleaned to the required hygiene and food safety standards.
- Working as part of a team and completing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Operating machinery only after receiving the correct training.
- Following all company hygiene, food safety and operational procedures.
- Wearing the correct PPE and checking that it is clean and in good condition.
- Following safe manual handling techniques at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Supporting the company's health & safety culture and looking out for colleagues.
- Treating everyone with dignity and respect.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who are ready to get stuck in and become part of the team.
Essential:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and develop new skills.
Advantageous, But Not Essential:
- Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
- HACCP knowledge or experience.
- Previous food manufacturing experience.
Don't have Food Safety or HACCP training? No problem — training can be provided!
