Plumber

Good Morning, 

I am currently representing West London NHS St Bernards Hospital , who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Plumber this role will be: Southall UB1 3HW

The right candidate will:

• Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.
• Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.
• Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.
• Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations
• strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations

We require the following:

• minimum NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, refrigeration or mechanical services
• specialised in a mechanical service (i.e. Gas, refrigeration, heat pumps)
• Water safety Training
