The Role,

We are recruiting experienced Plumbers on behalf of a growing renewable energy and plumbing contractor operating across the East and South East Midlands. You will be working across residential new build and retrofit projects, covering everything from first fix through to customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• New build first and second fix plumbing
• Bathroom installations
• Central heating and boiler installations
• Gas carcassing
• Air source heat pump (ASHP) installations
• Underfloor heating (UFH)
• Customer care visits
• General plumbing works

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum)
• Valid CSCS card
• Own transport
• Gas qualification (required on gas sites)

Desirable:

• Unvented cylinder qualification
• ASHP commissioning experience
• Renewable energy background

PAYE Package:

• Car allowance of £4,000 considered dependent on location
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

CIS Package:

• Day rate up to £275 per day
• Pricework available — example earnings on a 3-bed new build (bathroom, ensuite, ASHP and UFH by others):

• Externals £116.00
• 1st Fix £1,110.00
• 2nd Fix Heating £466.00
• 2nd Fix Domestic £363.00
• Finals £417.00
• Total example earnings on a 3-bed new build: £2,472.00
