Pay: £26 per hour

Hours: 39 hours per week

Project Overview

Conversion of an old office building (stripped back to brick) into 14 residential flats. Work includes installation and commissioning of:

• Air source heat pumps

• Copper pipework

• Cylinders

• Radiators

• Sanitary ware

Requirements

• Valid CSCS or JIB card

• Proven experience on similar mechanical / plumbing installations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Own tools and PPE
