Plumber in social housing

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trader to join our team working on social housing properties in Enfield.

The successful candidate will have strong plumbing skills, good general maintenance experience and, ideally, previous experience working within the social housing sector.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber / Multi-Trader
• Previous social housing experience is essential/preferred
• Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills
• Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
• Good knowledge of health & safety requirements
• Professional manner when dealing with residents and tenants
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and manage a daily workload

Additional Skills – Highly Desirable

We are particularly interested in candidates who also have experience with:

• Cap-and-cove flooring
• Flooring repairs and installation
• Basic carpentry
• Tiling
• Plastering
• General property maintenance

Candidates with a combination of plumbing, multi-trade and cap-and-cove flooring experience will be highly advantageous.
