Plumber

A client of mine, a prominent Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company, is seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Responsive Repairs Team in the Basingstoke area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs to domestic plumbing installations
• Vinyl floor laying
• Installation of replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and associated equipment
• Installation of kitchen sinks and new pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
• Repairs and installation of sundry items such as taps, ball valves, and drainage stop taps
• Installing and repairing water mains, heating system pipework, and domestic appliances (showers, washing machines)
• Maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks
• Work on vented and unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)

Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
• Proven experience in all aspects of plumbing work
• Strong customer service skills and experience working in occupied premises
• Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 2 years' experience)
