Location: Covering London and surrounding areas

Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 DOE + Benefits 

Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join the team, offering overtime opportunities with a company van and fuel card, and genuine long-term career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across domestic properties
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, including leaks and toilet repairs
• Installing vented and unvented hot water cylinders
• Replacing electric showers, shower pumps and waste pumps
• Carrying out minor electrical works where qualified

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or above)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience in domestic plumbing and minor electrical works
• CSCS Card – preferred
• Part P electrical installation qualification – preferred
• Social housing experience – desirable but not essential
• Experience working within occupied properties
