I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you’ve previously worked as a Domestic Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, or Bathroom Fitter.
 
As a Plumber you will be:
  • Repairs to domestic plumbing installations 
  • Installation of replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment 
  • Installation of kitchen sinks 
  • Installation of new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater) 
  • Installation and repairs of new sundry items such as taps and ball valves 
  • Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps 
  • Installing and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines 
  • Vented and unvented cylinder heads
  • Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal 
 
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience doing domestic plumbing 
  • Experience working within social housing or similar environments
  • Clean DBS

This role is offering a salary of £34,300 - £37,200 per year.
