Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a well-known team working within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Working on hot water cylinders, immersion heaters and associated pipework.
• Powerflushing radiators and heating systems.
• Completing wet work on heating systems, including radiator replacements and pipework alterations.
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and faulty plumbing installations.
• Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showers.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred).
• Proven experience working within social housing, maintenance or domestic plumbing.
• Experience with cylinders, heating systems, radiator works and powerflushing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong customer-focused attitude.
