R9 Recruitment are currently hiring on behalf of our social housing client for 2 experienced Plumbers in the Harrow area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber to join a well-established social housing contractor, working on a full-time permanent basis with excellent training and development opportunities.

Job Details

• Location: Harrow
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
• Start Date: Immediate
• Van and Fuel Card Supplied 

Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Level 2 Plumbing Qualification (essential)

Ideally, candidates will also hold:

• ACOP L8 Certificate
• WRAS Certificate
• Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Qualification

Training Opportunities

Candidates who do not currently hold ACOP L8, WRAS, or Unvented Cylinder qualifications will still be considered, as our client is happy to provide training and put successful applicants through the relevant courses.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Plumbers with experience in domestic maintenance and repairs
• Strong customer service skills
• UK Manual Driving License and Clean DBS 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience within social housing is advantageous but not essential
