Plumber / Wet Worker Required – Social Housing

Location: Cambridge
Salary: Up to £35,360 per annum + Van and Fuel Card
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber / Wet Worker to join a reputable team within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Plumber and Wet Worker who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Working on hot water cylinders, immersion heaters, and associated pipework.
• Powerflushing radiators and heating systems.
• Completing wet worker duties on heating systems, including radiator replacements and pipework alterations.
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages, and faulty plumbing installations.
• Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers.
• Delivering high-quality plumber and wet worker services within occupied social housing properties.

Requirements

To be considered for this Plumber / Wet Worker role, you must have:

• Proven experience as a Plumber, Wet Worker, or in a similar maintenance role.
• Experience with cylinders, heating systems, radiator works, and Powerflushing.
• Previous social housing, maintenance, or domestic plumbing experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong customer-focused attitude.
• Clean DBS.
