In this varied position, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and installation work across heating, hot water, ventilation and wider mechanical building services. No two days are the same, with exposure to a broad range of plant and equipment across a large and complex estate.

The Role
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a large commercial estate
Maintain, fault-find and repair heating, hot water, ventilation and mechanical building services
Support statutory compliance and planned maintenance programmes
Work on a varied range of commercial buildings and mechanical plant
Join a collaborative and experienced Estates maintenance team
Receive structured training towards Competent Person (CP) and Authorised Person (AP) accreditation
36-hour working week with rotating early and late shifts
Optional on-call rota with additional earnings through on-call payments and overtime
The Person
NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Building Services
Experience maintaining commercial or industrial mechanical systems
Knowledge of heating, hot water, HVAC or ventilation systems
Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and repairs
