In this varied role, you will deliver both practical and classroom-based training to Plumbing & Heating apprentices across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses. You'll assess learner progress, complete workplace reviews, support apprentices throughout their programme and work closely with employers to ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed within the industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience within Plumbing & Heating, hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), and possess either a recognised teaching qualification or assessor qualification. You'll be passionate about developing apprentices and keen to build a long-term career within education.

The Role
- Deliver practical and classroom-based Plumbing & Heating apprenticeship training
- Carry out learner assessments, progress reviews and workplace visits
- Support apprentices throughout their programme and help them achieve successful outcomes
- Build strong relationships with employers across the region
- Based across the Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses
- 37-hour Monday to Friday role with excellent benefits
The Person
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Strong Plumbing & Heating industry experience
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent) or Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, CAVA or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Passionate about developing apprentices
- Full UK Driving Licence
