Are you an experienced Plumbing professional looking to step away from full-time site work?

Do you want to move into a rewarding education environment where you can support learners, maintain high-quality workshop facilities, and potentially develop your career further within teaching or technical support?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established College, supporting the Plumbing section with practical workshop preparation, equipment maintenance, health and safety, and learner support. This role would suit someone with strong hands-on Plumbing experience who enjoys working in a practical environment and wants a stable, long-term role within education.

As a High Skills Technician in Plumbing, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Plumbing workshops and teaching environments. You'll help prepare equipment and materials for practical lessons, maintain tools and resources, monitor stock levels, raise purchase requests, support health and safety standards, and assist learners during practical workshop sessions.

This is not a lecturer or assessor role, so teaching experience is not essential. Candidates with Level 2 Plumbing qualifications, relevant site experience, and the right attitude will be considered.
