The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our cloud infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and performance, and will be integral to our ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

• Assist with the deployment and configuration of cloud resources and services.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support for cloud-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
• Contribute to the documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in learning and development activities to stay current with cloud technologies and best practices.
• Implement security best practices within cloud environments to protect data and systems.
• Support the optimisation of cloud resource utilisation and cost management.

• Proven experience in Cloud Computing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Demonstrable attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Knowledge of security principles in cloud environments.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
