Pm Shift Production Supervisor in Wolverhampton

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established and respected engineering and manufacturing organisation. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with responsibility for a busy afternoon shift and overtime available.

Working as part of the wider production operation, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. You will lead and support a team working across CNC machining, welding and assembly, coordinating workloads and ensuring production remains efficient and on schedule.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or team-leading experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment, together with a good understanding of CNC machining, welding and assembly processes. You will be confident managing people, prioritising workloads and dealing with production issues, while maintaining a hands-on and proactive approach when required.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a good understanding of health & safety are essential. The ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards in a busy production environment will also be key to the role.

The positionwill be based on a permanent (1400-2200) afternoon shift, with regular overtime opportunities available. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production professional to join an established operation, take genuine ownership of their shift and play an important role in its continued success.
