The Role:
We are seeking a Change Analyst / PMO to support the successful delivery of business change and transformation initiatives across our client portfolio. This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement and PMO support activities, helping organisations implement change effectively while maintaining strong governance and delivery controls.
Successful candidates will undertake a comprehensive 3-4 week training programme designed to develop core change management, project delivery and PMO skills. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong coordination, planning and stakeholder management experience who are looking to develop their careers within business transformation and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
æ Support the planning, coordination and delivery of business change and transformation projects.
æ Track project activities, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring accurate reporting.
æ Prepare project documentation, status reports, communications and presentation materials.
æ Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to gather information and support project objectives.
æ Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
æ Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers and other PMO documentation.
æ Monitor project progress and support delivery against agreed timelines and objectives.
æ Contribute to governance processes by ensuring reporting, actions and decisions are appropriately documented and communicated.
Skills & Experience:
æ 2-4 years' professional experience within Change, PMO, Project Support, Business Support, Business Operations or a similar environment.
æ Alternatively, experience in roles involving senior stakeholder management, coordination, planning or operational support with a desire to develop within change and project delivery.
æ Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
æ Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
æ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
æ Confidence engaging with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
æ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
æ Ability to work collaboratively within project and transformation teams.
æ Eagerness to learn new methodologies, tools and ways of working.
æ Experience supporting project governance, reporting or change initiatives would be advantageous.
æ Reporting Lines: Reporting to a Project Manager, PMO Lead, Programme Manager or Change Lead, dependent on client assignment.
æ Tools & Technologies: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and standard project governance and reporting tools.
Desirable Skills:
æ Financial services experience.
æ Exposure to project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
æ Knowledge of change management principles or frameworks.
æ Experience supporting transformation or business change programmes.
æ Experience creating management information, dashboards or project reporting packs.
æ Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
