🚀 HIRING: Lead PMO Consultant (Account Setup)

Seeking an experienced PMO Consultant to design, establish, and embed a centralized PMO function for a major Public Sector account.

Overview

• Duration: 6 Months (ASAP Start)
• Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and embed a centralized PMO operating model, project lifecycles, and governance toolkits.
• Establish consistent change governance, oversight, and controls across all account projects.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility over delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource planning to senior stakeholders.
• Lead complex process improvements and upskill project delivery teams.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of setting up new PMO capabilities from scratch.
• Deep experience in program/change governance and delivery controls.
• Ability to operate credibly at senior levels and influence without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Desirable: PRINCE2/MSP/PMP and Public Sector experience.
