Polisher and Sprayer

Location: Epping, Essex
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Are you an experienced Polisher & Sprayer, Wood Finisher or Paint Sprayer looking to join a growing manufacturer of high-end timber products? Working on bespoke commercial and residential projects, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality finishes to exacting standards.

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 3:15pm
• 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays

• Prepare timber doors, frames and panels for finishing through sanding, filling, masking and cleaning
• Apply paints, stains, lacquers and specialist coatings using spray equipment
• Operate HVLP, airless and conventional spray systems
• Mix colours and finishes to specification
• Inspect finished products and carry out touch-ups where required
• Maintain spray equipment and work areas
• Work to production deadlines while maintaining high-quality finishing standards
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times

• Previous experience as a Polisher & Sprayer, Paint Sprayer, Wood Finisher, Furniture Sprayer, French Polisher or similar
• Experience within timber manufacturing, joinery, furniture or cabinetry
• Good knowledge of surface preparation and spray finishing techniques
• Experience using HVLP or airless spray equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Own transport is essential due to the location
