Powder Coating Operative – Calne, Wiltshire

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cleaning surfaces before coating
• Operating powder coating equipment with precision
• Monitoring curing ovens to ensure quality finishes
• Conducting quality checks to meet client specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Assisting with stock and materials handling
• Reporting any issues promptly to keep production flowing

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in powder coating or surface treatment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
