Orchard Professional Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Powder Coater to join a leading manufacturer of warehouse storage systems.

This is a permanent day shift opportunity offering long-term career stability, overtime opportunities, and the chance to join a growing manufacturing business.

The Role

As a Powder Coater, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing steel components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking and pre-treatment.

• Applying powder coating to Pallet Racking, Cantilever Racking, Vertical Racks, Shelving Systems, Security Cages and Mezzanine Floor components.

• Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspecting finished products to ensure a high-quality, durable finish.

• Maintaining coating equipment and keeping the work area clean and organised.

• Working to production schedules while maintaining excellent quality standards.

• Following all health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous powder coating experience is essential.

• Experience coating structural steel or warehouse storage systems is highly desirable.

• Good attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player.

• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
