Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 – 17:00

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a busy and growing manufacturing business based in Hixon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled powder coating professional looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract after a successful 13-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing metal components for powder coating
• Applying powder coatings to a high standard
• Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications
• Inspecting finished products and carrying out touch-ups where required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' powder coating experience
• Strong understanding of powder coating processes and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Location & Transport

This position is based in Hixon, which is a rural location. Applicants should check local transport links carefully before applying or have access to their own transport to ensure reliable travel to and from work.
