We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Powder Coating Operative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and surface preparation.
• Applying powder coatings to a high standard using manual and automated equipment.
• Operating curing ovens and monitoring coating processes.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Loading and unloading parts safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience is preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

hours of work 7.30-4.30 Mon- Thursday , finish at 4.00pm Friday
