As a Powder Coating Supervisor, you will benefit from:

• Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 1pm

As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and leading a team on the powder coating line
• Estimating powder usage and managing stock accordingly
• Communicating and coordinating with other supervisors to keep production on track
• Carrying out hands-on powder coating work yourself when needed
• Performing hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Maintaining quality and output standards across the team

As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your experience will include:

• Proven hands-on powder coating experience, confident picking up a gun and getting stuck in
• Previous supervisory or team leading experience
• Strong estimating skills, particularly around powder usage
• A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to lead by example
• Practical maintenance skills
• Good communication skills across departments
