Are you an experienced Powder Coating Team Leader, Paint Line Supervisor or Production Team Leader looking for a better work-life balance? • 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)
• Salary circa £37,000 depending on experience

You'll lead the team, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are achieved. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the team
• Planning workloads and meeting production deadlines
• Overseeing pre-treatment, powder coating, curing and inspection
• Monitoring quality, material usage and equipment performance
• Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures
• Training and developing team members

• Previous experience in powder coating, paint line or surface finishing
• Experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes and quality standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques is advantageous
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
