As a PPA Teacher, you will deliver lessons across a range of primary year groups, following established planning and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality lessons across different primary year groups.
• Following lesson plans and adapting teaching to meet pupils' needs.
• Maintaining effective classroom management.
• Supporting pupil engagement, achievement and progress.
• Establishing positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), which is essential.
• Has experience teaching in a primary school.
• Is confident working across different year groups.
• Can deliver engaging lessons and follow existing planning.
• Demonstrates effective behaviour management.
• Is organised, adaptable and committed to pupil progress.
• Meets safeguarding and compliance requirements, including enhanced DBS and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) checks.
