A leading Facilities Management (FM) provider are looking to recruit a PPM Data Information Analyst to join their flagship Government contract, where the employer provides provide full M&E & Fabric Maintenance services across the customer's estate across the UK.

Working within the Account's Asset Management team you will work with the CAFM system closely is responsible for ensuring Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) regimes are accurate, compliant and fit for operational delivery.

To put simply, the Asset Management team will generate the PPM tasks, which will be fed into the CAFM and then released to our Engineering teams. Here, you will review the PPM before it is released to the Engineers to ensure it is relevant and required, to avoid the duplication of work.

Through assurance reviews, data validation and governance controls, the role maintains the integrity of PPM data within CAFM/CMMS systems, providing confidence that planned maintenance programmes support compliance, operational performance and asset lifecycle objectives.

We require from you:

• Strong skills in Excel and CAFM/CMMS systems
